Mission Statement
At Streatley School we endeavour to provide a supportive environment which will stimulate, maintain and develop lively and enquiring minds in our pupils.
We encourage all pupils to attain their true potential in order to become independent learners who value a positive interaction with others.
We strive to foster a sense of moral values in our pupils in order that they may appreciate their own worth and their responsibility to society. We encourage them to develop a respect for the property, ideas and beliefs of others irrespective of gender, race, disability or academic achievement.
We guide our pupils in the development of positive attitudes and concerns for our environment and the planet which is theirs to inherit.
We ensure that all pupils have access to the National Curriculum in its entirety in order that they may assume their place in a rapidly developing society.
We believe that our school community, which affords equal value to all its members, will be judged to be just, centred upon mutual respect and concern for others, based upon our belief in truth. We encourage everyone to work together in true Christian fellowship.
To this end we seek to develop meaningful relationships between our church, our parents, governors and the local community.
